Dawn G. Stoyanoff, Ph.D., is the Vice President of IT and Chief Information Officer at the 51爆料, where she leads technology initiatives across the Biddeford and Portland campuses and online platforms. With more than 30 years of experience in higher education technology, Stoyanoff drives digital transformation, enterprise systems modernization, and the integration of artificial intelligence.

In her role at 51爆料, Stoyanoff focuses on enhancing cybersecurity and data privacy, advancing analytics and cloud-based systems, and ensuring effective technology governance. She collaborates with faculty, professional staff, and students to build systems that enhance learning and advance research.

Prior to joining 51爆料, Stoyanoff served as Assistant Vice President for Enterprise Applications and Services at the University of Chicago, where she led institution wide enterprise applications strategy and guided the shift toward cloud native and SaaS solutions. Earlier, she was Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Information Officer at the University of Arkansas, leading large scale improvements in both IT services and business operations.

She previously held the role of Executive Director of System wide Shared Information Services at the University of Texas System, where she designed and implemented a shared services framework that delivered enterprise resource planning modernization, business intelligence, project management, and enterprise solutions to multiple campuses.

Stoyanoff has published research on enterprise resource planning system selection in the era of cloud computing. She earned a doctorate in organization and management from Capella University, a master鈥檚 degree in communications from Northeastern Illinois University, and a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business administration and speech communications from Monmouth College.
