Meeting Schedule
The IBC meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 9–10:30 a.m.
If you are submitting a protocol for review at a convened IBC meeting, the complete submission must be received at least 14 days before the scheduled meeting date. Submissions arriving after the submission deadline above will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting.
In compliance with NIH requirements, approved IBC meeting minutes for meetings held on or after June 1, 2025, are available below.
